Our Story
Give Care Health Foundation (GCARE), Inc. was established in 1997 as one of the social ministries of Couples for Christ under the name CFC Medical Mission Foundation. In 2004, the organization boldly transitioned to its present corporate name, Give Kare Health Foundation, Inc.
This milestone allowed GCARE to continue and even strengthen its surgical mission, which has since become its major competency. For nearly two decades, GCARE has remained steadfast in its mission of providing health and hope to thousands of underserved Filipinos. Inspired by the words of Jesus: “Proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom, and curing every disease and illness among the people.” – Matthew 4:23Dr. Jose Yamamoto, Chairman and Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon, affirms this mission: “When you minister to the poorest of the poor, your hands become extensions of God’s love and healing. If our poor fellowmen cannot afford to go to the hospital for operation, then bring health care to them.”

Program Overview
Specifically, GCARE:
- Provides free medical and surgical care, including medicines and related assistance, to indigents who lack the means for adequate health support.
- Acquires real and personal properties through donation, grants, or lease to advance its healthcare programs.
- Secures funding through responsible borrowing and property management to sustain operations.
- Undertakes all necessary actions aligned with its vision of compassionate healthcare service.
Medical, Dental, and Surgical Missions
From 1997 to 2019, GCARE conducted over 100 surgical missions, transforming the lives of thousands of patients across the Philippines. These missions provided access to lifechanging medical procedures for marginalized communities.
Wellness on Wheels (WOW) Mobile Clinic
In partnership with CFC ANCOP Global Foundation and the Rotary Club of Makati Premier District (RCMPD), GCARE launched the WOW Mobile Clinic to address critical health issues such as Pulmonary Tuberculosis and heart disease through early detection and preventive care.
OLIGOCHECK
An advanced, non-invasive health assessment tool that analyzes mineral levels, heavy metal exposure, and oxidative stress in real time.
